Your first visit to our office establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. No Insurance? No Problem!

After many years of seeing patients turn away from proper dental care due to not having insurance Dr. Lonergan implemented a Chatham Dental Center Membership Program. Please check out our membership program page for details.

State of Illinois Patients:

Please rest assured that Chatham Dental Center is still accepting patients with Delta Dental insurance through the State of Illinois.

What To Expect
A week before your appointment you will be sent a reminder via text or email. When you arrive at your appointment you will be greeted by our front staff. If you have not filled out your new patient paperwork before your appointment, you will be handed your packet to fill out before your hygienist takes you back.

​

When you are ready your hygienist will take you back and go over any necessary information. During this first appointment you will have your cleaning, x-rays taken, an exam, gum scoring, and if needed, a treatment plan will be developed for you.
